The marketplace here in Myrtle Beach has been doing much better – I would not think we will ever see sales like we had in 2005

Is purchasing a foreclosed property really the best idea right now? Shouldn’t we hold off and see what the market does? I am sure some cities are better than others, but what are your thoughts on our country as a whole?
